Step 1: You Select Plan and Upload Photo(s)
After selecting a plan you will be prompted to upload your photo(s) during the checkout process. Choose and upload high-quality photos of your loved ones. Preferred file formats are .JPG, .PNG, and .TIFF.
Step 2: We Animate with Care
After receiving your order we will review the uploaded photo(s). You’ll hear from us if there are any problems, otherwise our experts will work their magic by using advanced motion technology to breathe life into your still photos, creating a smooth, natural-looking animation that feels authentic and heartfelt.
Step 3: You Receive and Share!
Within 24-48 hours (often sooner!) we will send a link to download your final animation(s) to share with family or gift to someone special. The easy-to-view files you’ll receive can be shared on social media, sent via text, or displayed on a digital photo frame—your memories are yours to share however you’d like. No restrictions!

What kind of photos work best?
We recommend high-resolution images with clear facial details. Older, faded, or black-and-white photos work as well, with results varying based on the quality of the photo you submit.
How long are the animations?
The average duration of an animation created from a single still photo is approximately 3 to 5 seconds, similar to the examples showcased in our Gallery. While longer animations are technically possible, achieving extended motion without first constructing a detailed 3D model from multiple angles can lead to a noticeable decline in quality and realism. Our focus is on delivering the most lifelike, seamless animations, ensuring that your cherished memories come to life beautifully.
Can I request specific movements or changes?
Due to the nature of our imaging technology, we cannot manually control or customize specific movements within the animation. Lifelike facial expressions and subtle motions based on the original image are generated, but we are unable to make precise edits to movements and expressions.
How will I receive my animated photos?
Once your order has been completed, we’ll email you a secure download link to access your animated photo(s) in MP4 and GIF format, perfect for sharing.
Will my photos include a watermark?
No. Never! Our mission is to offer an opportunity for you to briefly see loved ones in motion once more–that is a deeply personal moment and while we are happy to help facilitate the moment through the use of our technology, once your order is delivered we do not want our logo to detract from your experience.
Can I post my animated photos on social media?
Absolutely! Your animated memories are perfect for sharing on social media, by text, email, or even displayed on a digital photo frame. We have no restrictions on how you can use the animated photos.

How much does it cost?

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We currently only offer bulk pricing according to the packages on this website. The Legacy Collection (10 animated photos) offers you our best value vs. the Single Photo price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards securely using Stripe and PayPal. We are unable to accept cash, checks, or ACH at this time.
Technical & Support
What file format do you provide?
We deliver your animated photos in MP4 and GIF format for easy playback on any device.
Can I request edits if I’m not satisfied?
Since our technology generates natural facial movements based on your original photo, we cannot manually adjust movements or make custom edits. However, if there are issues with quality or clarity, we’re happy to review and make improvements where possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the service being provided, refunds are not possible once your order has been completed. If we encounter issues during order processing we will reach out to you and work towards a solution. In some cases we may need to cancel your order and issue a refund.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We prioritize privacy and never share your photos or personal data without permission.
