MEMINMO specializes in transforming still photos into short animated moments. Our goal is to provide customers with a meaningful way to bring their cherished memories to life. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which govern all transactions and interactions with our service.
2. Service Description
- Our service animates still photos into brief motion sequences averaging 4-5 seconds in length.
- Final animation results may vary depending on the quality and composition of the original image.
- We cannot guarantee specific movements or facial expressions due to the nature of our imaging technology.
- Completed digital products are delivered via email download links within 24-48 hours.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Placing an Order
- Orders are placed directly on our website through our secure checkout system.
- You must upload photos in the specified format and quality requirements.
3.2 Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is required at checkout via secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- We do not store or process any credit card information directly.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the digital nature of our service, all sales are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
- If we experience a technical issue with your animation we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- In cases where a technical issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
5. Photo Upload & Content Policy
By uploading photos to MEMINMO, you affirm that:
- You own the rights to the image(s) or have permission from the copyright holder.
- The images do not contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content belonging to third parties.
- MEMINMO reserves the right to decline any image that does not meet our ethical or technical guidelines.
Uploaded photos are automatically deleted 90 days after processing. We do not retain customer images.
6. Delivery of Digital Products
- Your completed animations will be delivered via email download link within 24-48 hours.
- If you do not receive your order within the stated timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
7. Limitations of Liability
MEMINMO is not liable for:
- Minor variations in the final animated product due to capabilities of the image processing technology.
- Loss of images or files due to customer error.
- Service interruptions due to website downtime, technical issues, or force majeure events.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service without exception.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and materials on www.meminmo.com are the intellectual property of MEMINMO.
- Customers retain full ownership of their original photos, as well as completed animations.
9. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
MEMINMO respects your privacy.
- We do not store or share personal data beyond processing your order.
